Relaunching StarChapter Knowledgebase

The StarChapter support team heard your feedback about improving the knowledgebase materials.

As a self-management tool, StarChapter knows how important it is to locate “how to” articles and videos with ease and to quickly solve pressing association management needs.

 

 

We are currently engaging in a multi-phase process to improve the content and design of the self-help knowledgebase.

Changes already implemented:

  • We have improved the overall navigation and search capabilities to locate the materials you need.
  • All articles are now categorized in a content view and an admin area view. The content view displays articles according to user guide, tip, and “how to” articles. Users can also locate articles based on the admin area topic.
  • Videos now can play directly on your chosen browser screen, rather than the former requirement of users to download them to an external media player.
  • Articles now include more screenshots from the admin area and general tips about using StarChapter.
  • A feedback survey now allows for you to provide direct feedback about your experience with StarChapter’s knowledgebase.

 

But that’s not all, there are more upgrades to come! Future upgrades include:

  • New workflows for tasks that require using multiple areas of StarChapter.
  • Pre-recorded group board trainings that provide on-demand overviews of StarChapter’s offerings.
  • Additional upgrades and new content for user guides, “how to” articles, and association management tips.
