considering StarChapter as our website development company. Your Broward
Women's Alliance web site is very attractive and functional from a user
perspective. I am hoping you will provide me with insight into your
experience in working with StarChapter. In particular, have they lived up
to your expectations, have they been prompt in responding to concerns or in
making updates to your site, have they been thorough in determining your
needs prior to developing your site? Anything else that might be helpful
in making our decision would be wonderful.

Hello -
Thanks for the compliments on BWA's site. I was very involved in its
development with StarChapter. We are quite happy with the site, and have
received lots of kudos from our membership, which has been a nice surprise.
We are also happy with the service and support from StarChapter. They are
really good to work with - very accommodating to our changes. Our group is
different than many others in that we pay annual dues, and do not pay a
per/meeting fee. Dues include the monthly meal charges. They helped us get
through setting that up, but their expertise is in monthly fees with payment
at the meeting or in advance. We also have a directory that StarChapter set
up for us that is really nice. We work with Ryan and Roy - they are great!
The value of StarChapter is excellent, also. I researched a lot of other
systems, and have set up a different one for another organization a few
years ago. The fees are really reasonable. BWA has a very small budget, so
that was important.
I recommend them highly, and hope you find the same success that we have

PS - don't underestimate the time it takes to develop the web site.
StarChapter is fast and responsive, but it will take more of your time than
you realize (unless you have done this before). You will have to be
involved in selecting photos, carefully reviewing text, etc. They can't do
those things. The result is worth it!
