Submit a Support Ticket
After your initial setup project is complete, all outreach to StarChapter will be through Support Tickets. If you cannot login to your Admin Area, call 866-775-3205 and a Ticket Administrator will open a ticket on your behalf. We strive to follow up with a meaningful response within 8 business hours, so include as much information as possible regarding your issue so we have the best chance of following up with a resolution.

Email Support
By default, all support responses will be returned by email and also saved within your StarChapter Admin Area. The responses returned by our team will be saved within the Support section of your system for future reference.

Training/Call Back Support
StarChapter does offer customized trainings and call back support, when issues cannot be resolved within the Ticket. Provide your availability and an agenda or list of questions, and our team will schedule that call based on our availability. Our team is available to schedule calls 9am-5pm Eastern Monday-Friday.

Please note that the start of the year is one of our team’s busiest, since that is a very common time for board transition and renewal periods. This does mean that we may take a bit longer to respond or get your training scheduled, so we appreciate your patience as we work to assist all customers.
