View List What's New Customer Account Area The Customer Account Area in Admin is live. To access this area, log in to StarChapter, then click on your name in the header on the right. In the drop-down, click on Customer Account Area. Here you will be able to instantly access your billing information, receipts, your account settings, plan information, and more. Next Monday (07/16/2018) the old Customer Account Portal will be retired. Meeting Management Workflow Just released, the Meeting Management Workflow, the first of many easy to understand workflow diagrams to help provide guidance with typical chapter management tasks. From regular monthly meetings to large annual conferences, this is a standard workflow for Meeting Management to provide guidance throughout the planning, execution, and follow-up for meetings and ensure that all meeting records and reports are accurate. SSL Encryption for Customer Domains We are happy to announce the beta release of SSL encryption for customer domains. As of July 1st, Google Chrome has added an explicit warning to users telling them when a website page is not secure. StarChapter has always properly secured credit card and login screens so that your sensitive information is protected with SSL encryption. With this beta release we will begin to encrypt your customer domain as well. We will continue this roll out to all of our customers over the next few weeks.
