New Email History Report
You can now track email history by specific email recipient with the new Email History report. Log in to your StarChapter software, click on the Communications tab, then Chart and Reports. Add a specific email address in the search field and click on the Email History button. In this report you will be able to see previous emails that were sent, their delivery status, and even the email subject line. This is a powerful report to track delivery, open, and bounce statuses for each email address in your database and can help you keep records up to date. For more help, go to StarChapter's Support Portal or open a support ticket through the Admin Area of your StarChapter software and a member of our Support Team will get back to you.

Make Your URLs User-Friendly.
How many times have you tried to read out loud the URL of a specific page on your chapter site but it had a huge mix of numbers, letters, dashes, dots and what not? With the new functionality from StarChapter you can now spruce up these unappealing URLs to a more user-friendly form. If you have custom pages set up in your StarChapter website, go to Page Content and select the custom page you'd like to change. Click Edit in the URL section, and simply rename it to a more attractive URL. That's it!
