Our New Support Portal and Knowledge Base has launched

We have recently released our new support portal and knowledgebase. You can also access this through the help link in the admin area of your site. This new system allows you to submit a support ticket to our Technical Support, Billing Support, or Sales departments. It also includes a robust knowledgebase with answers to frequently asked questions. When submitting a ticket, you will see links to articles from the knowledgebase that may answer your question. If you don't find an answer in the knowledge base, submit your ticket and one of our staff members will promptly respond to you.
You can also search the knowledgebase without submitting a ticket. To do so, simply type your question into the large search box towards the top of the screen. You will then see a list of matching articles. Clicking on the Knowledgebase link will show you all articles, categorized by section.
