New Support Ticket Area in StarChapter Admin

We have recently added a support ticket area in the admin side of StarChapter. Look for the Support Tickets button at the top right or on the left side menu under General. This improved support functionality allows you to easily create new tickets, track the progress of open tickets, and view previous issues that our Support Team has helped you with. This also supplies our team with additional information needed to assist you more quickly. We appreciate your cooperation as we make changes to better serve you.
