StarChapter Content Training
Virtual Online Training
Your website is often the first interaction members, prospects, sponsors, and visitors have with your organization. This Content Training provides a comprehensive overview of the tools used to build, update, and organize website content within StarChapter. You'll learn how to create and manage web pages, edit navigation menus, and work with page layouts and content sections. We'll also cover common content management tasks such as adding images and links, publishing updates, and understanding the difference between static and dynamic content. The training also covers content publishing workflows, page drafts, access restrictions, and website organization best practices.
In addition to website pages, we'll explore StarChapter's Community tools, including Newsletters and Blogs, which help organizations share updates, announcements, and ongoing content with their audience. You'll learn how to create and publish newsletters, manage reusable content sections, and schedule newsletters for future publication. We'll also explore how newsletters and blogs can be displayed dynamically throughout your website and incorporated into email communications. The session also reviews how sponsor and advertiser information can be centrally managed and automatically displayed across your site.
By the end of this training, you'll have the skills needed to confidently maintain your website, create engaging content, manage navigation and community resources, and leverage StarChapter's content management tools to keep your organization's online presence accurate, professional, and easy to manage.
