Time to Templatize Your Member Communication

Many professional chapter leaders, even those with implacable time management and organizational skills can sometimes find themselves struggle to compile their chapter’s newsletter at the end of the month or quickly organize the next chapter meeting. You are not alone!
In an effort to make your life much easier and give other members on your board a leg with their tasks, you can now log in to your StarChapter account to get content starters that save your time!
Newsletter Templates
Send out our newsletter template to your members and contact list. New newsletters already include standard headers to get you started. Filling in one of these newsletter is easy! You can include the treasury report, new member welcome message, board transition announcement, and other materials that you determine with these default content sections.

Meeting Templates
Another area in which we make your life as a volunteer a bit easier is with setting up the next meeting. Give your other board members a leg up with meeting templates. When creating a new meeting, you’ll have the option to save your new meeting to a template to use it as a starting point with standard organization's typical registration fees, starting and ending times, and venue filled in automatically.
